Consulting Services Program |

The Malian Foundation's
Consulting Services Program provides
strategy, information technology and human
resources management consulting services, at
no charge to charitable causes, via an
international network of experienced
volunteers.
Our Consulting Services Program is designed
to provide one-on-one advice in
circumstances where the Empowering
Communities Program would be better
complimented with increased assistance to
suit the specific needs of a charitable
cause.
We operate the program with the assistance
of a large contingent of experienced
volunteers who work within three specialized
practice areas which are strategy,
information technology and human resources.

The Malian Foundation’s

improve their performance through analysis of
existing issues and the development of future
plans.
Information Technology

Malian Foundation’s information technology practice
provides advice relating to the management of the
technology solutions and capabilities to allow
charitable causes to deliver on their strategic
goals.
Human
Resources
The
Malian Foundation’s human resources practice assists
charitable causes articulate their overall people
management framework including training and
development, people management and policy
development.
